Are You Going to the Right Trade Show?

Selecting the “right” tradeshow is often considered to be more of an art than a science.

Actually, it’s more common sense than anything else.

Unfortunately this fact is lost on a lot of companies.Last year there were over 12,000 trade shows in North America alone and there were over 2,000 international trade shows outside of North America.

Attending the right trade show can be the difference between success and disaster.

One of the key mistakes exhibitors make is believeing that just because they attended a specific trade show last year they should attend it again this year.

I recommend that you evaluate each of your tradeshows on an annual basis to validate your reasons for exhibiting.

It is not unusual for tradeshows to undergo transformations from year to year or to experience significant changes in the demographics of attendees.
